(One-hour consultation) Client is an art therapist and counselor for neurodivergent clients who have experienced complex trauma. Client is a commercial tenant whose landlord in in default on a mortgage secured by the property. Client received a notice from the counsel for the lender directing tenants to remit their payments to the bank. At same time client received instruction from the landlord to pay them directly. Client is seeking advice in order to avoid misdirecting payment of the rent, double payment, or become delinquent in lease payments.
