Husband seeks representation for a no-asset, no-fault divorce. Client and his wife were married in Philadelphia in July 2014 and separated in May 2024. Client would now like to move on with his life. Client does not wish to make any economic claims and believes his wife will not either. Client says his wife will not contest the divorce; however, they have been separated for more than a year and consent is not required. A volunteer is needed to initiate divorce proceedings and represent Client throughout the process.
