Client seeks assistance to probate her father’s estate and transfer title of her home into her name. Client’s father died intestate and unmarried in January 2020, leaving client as his only heir. VIP has assisted the client with completing a Tangled Title Fund application to help with the costs associated with probate. A volunteer is needed to probate the client’s father’s estate, draft a deed in client’s name, and file the inheritance tax return.
