Client believes husband would consent to the divorce. Client would like the divorce since her and her husband have been separated for 3 years and she wants to make it official. Client does not wish to make any economic claims, and believes husband will not either. A volunteer is needed to initiate divorce proceedings and represent client throughout the process.
