Client requests assistance getting title to the home that he lives in. His mother, the property owner, died in 2015, with a will which gave the property to client’s brother. Client’s brother died in 2023, leaving two children as heirs. Both heirs are willing to sign over their interest to client. Client’s sister, who was named as executrix in the will, is willing to serve as executrix and assist client. Only a photo copy of the will remains. Client went to City Hall to probate the estate and paid the probate filing fee, but never received Letters. A volunteer is needed to assist with a Petition for Citation to admit a photo copy of a will and assist with the remainder of the probate process.
