Husband seeks representation for a simple no-asset divorce. Client and his wife were married in Philadelphia in February 2025 and separated in March 2025. Client would now like to move on with his life. Client does not wish to make any economic claims and believes his wife will not either. Client is unsure if his wife will contest the divorce; however, the couple will soon be separated for one year and consent will not be required.
