Client being sued by debt buyer, Calvary SPV, seeks representation in the Court of Common Pleas on August 13, 2026, at 10:45am. The complaint alleges Client owes $11,639.97 on a loan from Westlake Services LLC. Client acknowledges taking out the loan to purchase a car in 2023. Shortly after, Client became both injured and incarcerated, and consequently unable to make loan payments. The car was repossessed in May of 2024. Client does not acknowledge the debt buyer’s claim and would like to dispute it. However, Client is amenable to a low monthly payment plan, if necessary. Client has not yet been properly served. A volunteer is needed to represent Client throughout the proceedings.
